I sent the rifle back for the SIG recall and they turned it around in 10 days.

It looks like they did something to the stock to tighten it up at the hinge because it does not wobble anymore.

The big thing is it looks like they replaced the striker completely. The new unit has much beefier roller pins that look to be 4 times larger in diameter for the rollers and at least twice diameter of the previous pins.

The bolt lift actually feels even lighter and smoother.

I believe SIG went over and beyond addressing problems I never had :D

Been watching the cross and waiting. Really wanting one.

Seems like if I get a 6.5CM, it would only take a bbl swap to use .308?
