The favorite piece I got last week and I decided to try medium tall to see if it would fit because I’m typically between medium and large in Sitka gear. It’s 2” longer in waist (really nice) and 1” longer in arms than medium. Still a bit snug on me though.

5’10” 160lbs. I lift a bit though so a bit thicker than avg up top which for me makes this piece a bit more snug than I prefer.

Hope that helps. Length in arms and down to waist is perfect. Just a bit snug across the chest.

If mediums normally fit but you always wished they were a bit longer in the sleeves MT is a great size.
