I think they are 2018 or 2019. I can't remember somewhere around then. I'm not sure if the tags say what year they are. I can check when I get home.

Yes that is exactly what I used it for. I'm not in rain much and it was the backup incase I did get a rain. It also worked really well when glassing to stop the wind on mild to hot days.
