Sierra has what they call the "Sitka Down Jacket" on clearance for $149 - Size Large Open Country only.

The description is a little strange, but if you read the specs, this is clearly the Kelvin Down WS Hoody.

About 3 weeks ago, I ordered this in sub alpine (for $229) and received the Kelvin Down WS Hoody. Can't confirm this is the same, but worked for me.
