Great jacket at a great price. I think you’ll like it. Light, packable and warm. Just know that they aren’t the most breathable. At least that’s been my experience.

Would this be Bowhunter friendly? I’ve read reviews they are noisy

If the materials haven’t changed, (mine is probably 5-6 yrs old) it wouldn’t be the best option for bow hunting.

Im hoping it’s not too noisy. But im needing gear for this upcoming year and on a budget. I think this first year will be rifle and I don’t typically need a jacket for bowhunting in texas. Hopefully next year will do bowhunting out of state. Will buy more gear along the way.

I think you would have a hard time finding a quieter down jacket. I also wear a fleece mid layer I can shed down to if i want to be silent.

My kelvin lite is my #1 go to insulation layer for all seasons. They will not hold up to busting through brush but otherwise, fantastic.
