Sleeping pad noise

I've got a Sea to Summit insulated. I like it a lot, but it is loud. My friend: "If you move one more time, I'm going to kill you!"

If I'm not backpacking in with it, I bring a wool throw blanket to put between the pad and my bag. Helps a lot with noise, and a bit more comfortable.
