Has anyone had experience with both of these options? I am looking for a heavier duty tripod to start shooting off of more. I have used a promaster gd525ck, slik 634 and currently use a slik 624. I have a kowa 773 spotter.I anticipate shooting off of it at sitting heights and possibly higher if brush/vegetation is in the way.
Looking at specs these seem similar (Slik 824 & Sirui AM-284) but I wondered if people had experience with both that could help me out.
