We had some early snow this year with about 4” on the last day of summer, but most recently (Oct. 31-Nov. 2), the Western Chugach aka “backyard” received between 28-30’. Upwards of 30 feet in only 3 days, and it’s barely November. The sheep are going to have a hell of a time this year, and this was the last thing they needed to start the long winter off.

Am I reading that right? “…30 feet”

We’ve had a lot in S half of idaho at high elevation so maybe 3-4 feet since mid October in places above 8k feet
