Killed many solo and more with someone on the mountain only real dis advantage is the packout you kill a big bull far removed and it is a big chore, yes adrenaline carries you for awhile but help is more than appreciated🤙When you walk up to a hefty bodied bull back in you smile and get ready for a lot of prep time expenditure.....nothing like the rush👊👊👊7776D147-360C-44B9-8E0C-574F01BEDEFB.jpeg

I either hunt with wife or solo...I have never liked hunting with a partner and have never minded packing a elk out and always limit myself in terrain or distance to be able to pack it out.I have now ventured into packgoats and packing out a elk will not matter on distance. See these groups of dudes and wonder how they ever get a shot if they are rotating. No thanks with a $600-900 tag in my pocket and my time limited with my vacation I am taking the shot everyday.
