Looking for a rifle chambered in 243 Win, will consider the following:

Remington M700 Mountain Guide
Remington M700 Mountain Rifle
Remington M7(three or four hole, doesn't matter)
Barrett Fieldcraft (wishful thinking)
Possibly Winchester M70 Featherweight or Kimber
Any custom rifle

Would like to avoid anything with an injection molded stock, but will consider on a case-by-case basis. Wood and kevlar stocks are preferred.

Don't mind paying for quality or a fair price, but if you're looking for Gunbroker prices, put it on GB.

Send me a PM with what you're willing to sell.

As always, thanks for looking.

Ruger Hawkeye Model 77 - has right at a 3" long magazine for those bullets that need seated out a bit. Ruger has an excellent controlled round feed action that is hell for stout. Also has an unbeatable scope mounting system. I have two Ruger 1B's and they both shoot very very well. My son has a Ruger MKII in 6mm Remington that is also a shooter. He's taken a cow elk, a couple buck deer, and 3 or 4 antelope.

I appreciate the offer. I only wish they chambered the Mesa for 243, as I'm not a fan of the Ridgeline, but thank you.

I found a rifle. I purchased a Weatherby Mark V WeatherMark.

It appears Weatherby and Browning are paying attention to hunters and starting to offer faster twist barrels. The 243 I purchased has a 1-7.5" twist. Wish it was 1-7", but it'll work.

I appreciate all the help.
