Love Spam...I'll take the turkey version on backcountry trips, after a few days of dried stuff, it tastes like thanksgiving dinner...
...cooked some on a fishing trip last summer with yakisoba noodles, can't remember what kind though...might have been hickory smoke...at any rate, it's all yummy...

I don't know that I've ever had SPAM that I didn't like. My favorite is the spicy one.
