Spartan Sentinel adapter needed

Just bought this tripod but they did not send me the adapter which screws onto the threads in the picture shown. They sent me the davros head but without the mounting adapater you see in the video. Anyone know where I can purchase one or something compatible so I can mount my Davros Pro head to? (also currently awaiting Spartan to get back to me but they are a bit slow with the response it seems).
