Spotting Scope Adaptor for Pixel 5

Thinking of finally upgrading my Galaxy S6. Use it too much for hunting to deal with this terrible battery life. Thinking about getting the Pixel 5. I currently have a Phone Cam Adapter from Tines up. It's great. It's a little metal piece that you attach to pretty much any phone case with double sided tape. Loved it for years. Problem is I don't think it will work with the Pixel 5 due to the camera location (top corner).

What adapter do you like for cameras that are in this position?
