As the title says I have Rem700 youth rifle in 7-.08. Stainless 20” barrel and action. Just replaced factory trigger w/ a new Timney. Black synthetic factory stock, rifle is an ADL model, so no BM.
My son has outgrown it and wants it sold to fund a different rifle build.
Less than 50 rounds through it. It’s a shooter....we tried several factory loads that all shot fine, then tried some Fed Prem 140gr Nosler partitions and the rifle loved them. Printed several .5-.7” groups.
The rifle comes w/
— 1.5 boxes of factory ammo....which is 1 box of Rem reduced recoil 140gr partitions (which are very tame) and 1/2 box of the Fed Prem 140s that the rifle shot great.
— New Timney trigger installed, which was $149.99 and the old factory trigger.
— new Talley 20moa rail (on the rifle)
—set of Talley rings and bases 1”.
These little rifles are not easy to find and this one has been well taken care of.
PRICE— $550 + shipping

It’s so funny you asked about the scope....I was just talking about it on another forum.
I pulled it off the rifle b/c I wasn’t sure I wanted to get rid of it, and I don’t want it to stand in the way of someone buying the rifle.
It’s an original Zeiss Conquest 3-9x40. Its a long story but years ago Meopta produced those scopes for Zeiss. Meopta is not as well known as some of the other European optics companies, but they are widely respected among those in the industry. They’re out of the Czech Republic and the quality of their glass is outstanding.
Anyway, this scope retailed in the low $400s, back in the late 90s/early 2000s.
It’s really good glass and tracks perfectly.
Zeiss decided to have a go at it themselves and jumped in w/ both feet. But some of their more affordable scopes have left a lot to be desired. They just aren’t as clear and they tunnel quite a bit.
So this is one of the good ones....but i would sell it. That said, good glass doesn’t wear out. It’s not damaged or scratched and the sight picture is as good as the day I bought it.
It was dipped in that particular camo pattern.
Anyway, I’d take $225 for it, and I’d pay the shipping.
Lemme know what you think and I can take more pics if you want.

Congrats for becoming so popular.
I probably should have bought that rifle for my granddaughter.
She’s 8 months old and would probably been using it this next fall.

It doesn’t pay to not stay in contact with these sites. That was a great deal for both buyers!
