Stationary Jacket

Anyone have any recommendations for a super warm and fairly inexpensive jacket/parka? Work has me standing at a bus stop year round, and February in east Idaho gets a bit chilly at times. Since I’d be using this right out of a car I’m not concerned with it being really light weight or compressible, just it being real warm so hopefully I can quite doing the 4 jacket at a time thing
