I could use one or two new trail cams, but I don’t know anything about them. There are some refurbishment stealth cams on Camofire right now. Anyone have any feedback on them? I’m looking at the $35 ones.

I have bought 4 stealth cams off Camofire, two that are 12 MP and 2 14 MP and had problems with a couple of them. Stealth cam replaced them but it was a pain. One didn’t trigger and the other no night illumination. They are cheap cameras and you will get a lot of blurry pics if the critter is moving, especially at night. The trigger on them is real sensitive so I have to avoid setting up where the shadows move. Not thrilled with them but for what they cost they work. Here is a couple typical pics.

I say go for the cheapest can you can find as long as it works. When/if they get stolen it’s not a huge deal, and you can avoid buying lock boxes and all that extra stuff which adds up. Plus you can have more cameras out there which imo is better than a few nice ones.
