Stock for re-barreled T3

I’m planning to re-barrel a Tikka T3 Superlite with an 18” Heavy Sporter (#5) barrel. I’m 99% sure I could open up the channel for the new barrel, but I’d rather not. I don’t mind Tikka stocks, so could I get a used Roughtech stock for the new barrel contour?
