I just called them and talked to Colby, he said that the website is not up and running at this time but will be very shortly, like within the next couple weeks. Hydrashield is a proprietary product of theirs and the tags were printed off a while ago before they started marketing the product and I guess they just got behind with the Hydrashield website.
