Stretch Zion Pant II

I haven't seen a discussion of the NEW Stretch Zion Pant II. The fabric is different (thinner and with a slight sheen). Cut is supposed to be similar, with a slightly thinned leg.

Anyone have these in hand to offer a comment?

Handled them in a store, no field use. Definitely has a sheen. Feels stiffer/more rigid of a material and may be louder? Dont recall if they are thinner or thicker. I wasn’t as big of a fan of them as the original based solely on touch/aesthetics.

I have a pair of shorts. Shiny. They changed the button as well, not sure I like it. They are thinner weight and a little less stretch.
