Struck out on bull tag; options for cow elk "meat hunts" in SW Colorado/ Northern New Mexico?

I missed my bull this year and still would like a freezer full of meat. Anyone know of options for B list cow tag, maybe private land "meat hunts" around SW Colorado? Or Northern New Mexico for that matter? Thanks.
