Swapping a Tikka T3 stock for a T3X stock

Hey guys just wanted to see if this would be a direct fit from my current T3 to a T3X stock. Or would any modifications need to be done? It’s also a .308 so would it be a cartridge specific stock? I.e. would I need to buy one in the 30cal family, etc. Any help is appreciated!

Same, swapped out both of mine. Bolt it up and shoot.
