Swaro 65mm Scope issue

I noticed awhile back my 65 MM HD spotter had a few weird dots that would show up while taking pictures through it. Today I went out shooting and the whole lens appears to have condensation or water in it. Has anyone ever had this issue? The scope is about 10-12 years old. I sent an email to swarovski. Hopefully they will have some insight. I cant tell if it’s in the scope or the eye piece.

Mine did the exact same thing, I sent it to them they fixed it for free just had to pay the shipping there

My eye piece is doing the same thing. I need to send it in. Dosnt help I need the thing for match season..... anyone have a spare eye piece?

My ats got moisture in the eyepiece within weeks of owning it, had to send it in for a fix. I was on a time crunch with a sheep hunt coming up, swarovski did an excellent job on making sure it got it back to me on time.

I am trying to fill out the repair request and it is asking for purchase month and year. I have no idea I have had it for so long. Can I just throw a guess in there? I know I registered it when I bought it.

I got the warranty stuff ready to go. I just know I won’t have it back by June 12th. It’s the only glass I have that’s suitable. Iv called and explained and just get the give me your email and send it in response.

That's pretty common from what I've seen. Ultimately they have to put your info into a computer, and the email is to accomplish that accurately. Just make sure that whoever you're emailing with knows that you have to receive it back by June 10th or whatever date.
