***SOLD*** I am selling my Swarovski 10X50 SLC WB binoculars. They are in excellent condition EXCEPT for some scratches on the objective lenses. I have photographed the scratches to show them as best I can. They do not affect the viewing in any way and are not in the least bit noticeable when using them. I believe in full disclosure. Having said that, when I decided to sell them I figured I would send them to Swarovski for cleaning and servicing. Much to my surprise, they gave them a very thorough overhaul without charge to me. As a side note, they offered to replace the lenses for $250. I thought that was very reasonable; but, I felt it was unnecessary. The list of things they did are as follows:
Inspection & external cleaning
Replace armour
Internal cleaning
Binocular alignment
Replacement of eyecups
Replace focus wheel
Repair focus mechanism
I no longer have the lens covers, strap or box. Hey, I carry my binoculars in cases and/or chest packs. Anyway, I need $1000 shipped and insured at my expense.
