Swarovski and Sig Sauer - Great Customer Service

I recently had two great customer service experiences...one with Swaro and one with Sig.

The rubber ring on one eyecup of my Swaro 15x SLC's had come loose over the last few years, and I finally lost the rubber ring. I called Swaro and sent them my serial number and mailing address...they shipped me two new eyecups at no cost...they even covered the shipping. I received the new eyecups within a week.

With Sig, I started having trouble getting ranges past 450 yards with my Kilo 2400 ABS rangefinder. I called Sig, and they emailed me a prepaid UPS shipping label. I shipped the rangefinder to them (the rangefinder only, without the case, extra batteries, wind meter, etc). Two weeks later, I received a brand new rangefinder from them...including all brand new accessories. They paid the shipping cost both ways.

It seems I am regularly disappointed by the bad customer service of some companies, so I wanted to share what I considered to be excellent customer service by these companies.
