I’ve seen plenty of comments regarding Swarovski scopes and their issues with dialing and tracking, but I’m wondering if anyone has had issues with a stuck erector tube/turret post connection?

I‘ve got less than 30 rounds shot with a new Z5 and cannot make a windage adjustment. I can dial the windage knob, but it won‘t make a correction to the point of impact. I’ve tried to dial way past the zero, and I’ve also tried tapping on the windage and elevation dials to try and get the erector unstuck, but neither have worked.

Curious if this is a know issue with Z5s (or any other Swarovskis).

Thanks in advance for any insights or recommendations on the issue.

I think they have a zero stop setup that you either push in, or pull out. I can’t remember which is which. One just spins the dial with no adjustments.

You pull it out.

Thanks for the suggestion, but had that covered.

OP - did you figure out the problem? I've got a Z5 and my elevation turret is stuck (and dialing the zero stop doesn't make a difference).

Did you dial a big correction, hit the wall and then try to keep going?
I was sighting in for the first time and hit the limit of elevation. (A separate issue…) I didn’t try to force it beyond that. I confirmed windage is in the center.
