Swazi fleece mid layer pants

I know Swazi the hood is a popular top and plan to pick one up for winter if not for my layering system.

But question on the pants, I search mid layer on there site and all the pants pull up. Looking for something for single digit sits that is hopefully able to go on with boots staying on....would go on top of merino base as a mid layer, on top are SG pants and puffy pants. Looked at the helio, but the Swazi stuff seems fantastic at a pretty good price point.

Any suggestions on their fleece pants for a mid layer?
