You can read in more detail about it online but it's not traditional down. It's a thin layer of insulated material made out of down. Not sure if it's a marketing gimmick but it is definitely warm for how I used it, which was a cold weather active hunt, or for camp to just throw it on when you get chilled (temps +/- 30s).

I could fit this jacket and a first lite klamath into one of the lid pockets on a mystery ranch lid, so quite packable.
Is it the waterproof(BC) version or regular evertherm?

I'm 6'4" with 52 chest and long arms. Eddie Bauer and Columbia have them just not in camo.
Columbia Voodoo Falls 590 Turbo down 2XLT chest 50 - 53, sleeve listed at 39" . They also have a 3XLT and 4XLT.

I wear my camo rain gear over it when needed, wish they had pine or OD Green or even a flat brown
Does the voodoo pack down really good?

I'm at least 6'5", 240ish. I've been wearing Eddie Bauer for at least 25 years now. One thing about Eddie Bauer, their sizing is very, very consistent. I have their Cirrus down (650) jacket. It's the cheaper of their "full thickness" down jackets (check the temp ratings relative to each other; some are pretty thin). It's plenty warm, quite light, packs down small, but is made of fairly delicate material. I use mine as an extra layer mostly when sitting, as wool is my go-to otherwise. However, the EB down under my heavy shell layer is easily the warmest I've got.

I think you'll want to check out LL Bean also. They have a 10% off your order promo going right now. LL Bean's quality is usually somewhat better than Eddie Bauer, especially in down. If you want a non-down puffy, they have some Primaloft jackets too. They even have a small line of dedicated hunting clothing, and generally have earth tone colour options in their regular outerwear. Additionally, I can vouch for their Cresta wool merino base layers, with tops and bottoms in tall sizes.

I’m 6’5 275 and have a FIrst Light Uncompahgre Puffy in a 2XL that has more than enough sleeve length. Matter of fact they could take away 2” n the sleeves and I’d still be ok. Great jacket. Love it.

Let me know if you find anything that fits the bill. I’m 6ft 7in 250lbs. The only thing I’ve tried that works is the Eddie Bauer stuff in xlt. I haven’t been able to try the Sitka kelvin on yet but that was my next step. But for the dollar value and the amount I use them the EB stuff is hard to beat

I have some LL bean base layers shirts i really like.
I wear alot off eddie bauer shirts polos.
I have EB fleece.its a little short but they fit me well.
I have sitka base layers. Those have a really great body and arm length. I was really leaning towards the sitka kelvin lite, but at $280 .
I also just ordered a columbia ascender softshell. I it had good reviews and was priced nice

I'm not a haberdasher but.... everything looks fine to me except the Columbia puffy hoodie, sleeves look short or could just be the photo.

(is some of that equipment from Rogue?) (I've been to their place in Columbus)

It is a rogue monster lite squat stand. Tall version. Um they might be s little shorter but not as much as it looks in the picture. The wrist cuffs are have tighter elastic so it kinda sits more on the wrist. .

I'm 6'3 with 28" inseam legs. I feel your pain in finding legit tall wear. Columbia has been the best fitting ive found for me in the 2xt so far. If you find something a little longer that doesnt look like it was fitted by omar the tentmaker please post it up.

Do you mean 38" inseam legs or it really 28" ,at 6'3" you'd be pretty goofy looking
