Looking to order rings for my tikka t3x super lite. I like the talleys stuff.

does any one know if the extra low talleys will work with a 40mm scope?

will scope caps still fit? Thanks

I prefer extra lows. Ran them with a 40mm leupold and a 6x42 swfa. No problems at all.

This is a Tikka T3x (factory barrel) with a Leupold VX3i 4.5-14x40mm and Talley extra low rings. Plenty of room. I see that you've already ordered, just posting this for people who search this in the future.

18 eyepiece 31 objective. Mine is the older HD LH not an LHT, although I believe both lenses are the same size.
