Tent compare Cabela's instinct series

What's the difference between the instinct series of tent from Cabela's, they have the outfitter and the Alaskan guide ones. They seem to be the same or nearly so, in shape and size, but the Alaskan guide are half the weight? Is the fly material what makes the weight difference? The outfitter is 50lbs but the Alaskan guide is 24lbs or so. ??? I thought the Alaskan guide would be equivalent to the outfitter. Saw the outfitter 10x10 setup in the store with stove and it looked interesting. Alaskan ones are cheaper by a couple hundred dollars too(or more), so which is the better buy.
