Me and my buddies are going to Montana to elk hunt and have been looking at unit 520 any help would be greatly appreciated. Also we’ve hunted in Montana before just wanted to try a new area out thanks in advance.

There are elk all over Montana. Asking about specific units on this site is never a good idea. Do your research online, use the search bar on rokslide, call Wardens and Biologists in the area you are looking at.

Also if your looking at 520 I hope you are seasoned hunting in Grizzly country.
