Got out last night. Hunter is flying out right now. I start the trek back to the wilderness in a hour or two. Mike shows up tonight, we start Sunday. Then to Idaho. Will update when possible, but with no service it’ll be tough. Stay safe. Good luck, and HAVE FUN!!!! It’s here you guys!!! The month we crave, year around!!!!!

Forgot to add that we were just chilling, camping, scouting, and fishing the past week. Fishing was horrible, but the camping and downtime was awesome.

Amazing time in Wyoming. Just got to Idaho. We have a little service here. Will try and update daily of service holds. Wyoming was good to us.

Going home without any meat but we had an epic trip. Got in on lots of bulls but couldn’t seal the deal in that thick north Idaho brush. Had a close encounter with a mountain lion and had our best shot at a bull get blown out by a wolf pack 30 minutes before dark. Just ran out of time. Until next year!

Idaho has been a grind. Lots of brush. Very few elk. Only a cpl bugles.

Nice to know it's not just me that's finding it hard. I've got 1 weekend left for a chance at a bull, and I'm going back into the hellish basin I bumped one in at the start of the season.

Shoulda taken cowzilla on day 1.

Got back last night from 5 weeks in the mountains of Idaho and Wyoming. Amazing trip. I’ll start updating. Got out for some geese and waterfowl this morning.
