This needs to be a thing, I nerd out over this stuff. Post them up.
Shot a decent whitetail buck yesterday at about 80 yards. Quartering away. Bullet entered behind the right shoulder and ended up the opposite side of the chest under the hide. 7mm-08 140gr accubond 2715fps at the muzzle. I was a little surprised it didn't pass through. 118gr retained weight, like 84% weight retention.IMG_20201128_140948807_BURST001_TOP.jpg

Roughly 80 yard shot.
Pronghorn mostly facing me. Went in his neck, exploded the scapula, found it under the skin a few inches from his testes in the opposite ham.

160gr accubond. 111gr retained weight, 70%

175 gr Nosler Accubond Long Range

7mm Rem Mag @ 3030 fps

Bullet on left was shot into water jugs at 100 yards. Passed through 6 and almost through the 7th. Bullet on left went through 2 rear quarters and pushed through one of the femurs (I know its a bad shot, but my buddy was pretty amped on his first bull) at about 325 yards.20201130_012747.jpg20201130_012800.jpg

Left bullet weighs 79.9 gr and bullet on right weighs 75 gr with some crap still in it.

I've heard that the accubond lr's are too soft for any close shots. By the way that one looks I probably wouldnt use one under 300 yards.

65gn SGK from a .223 MV 2980.
110yd shot. Slight quartering towards shot on a hog, bullet went into the neck, through the spine & traveled around the offside hide, recovered by the left hip. Shed its jacket in the spine, core retained nearly 100% & managed another 28" by itself. Only bullet I've ever recovered, other than round balls.

And here's a couple of .54 round balls.
First passed through both lungs & one shoulder blade of the first buck I ever killed. MV around 1600ish (70gn Goex FFg), 42yd shot.

Second one was a 75yd, broadside shot at an antelope (........) prefect shoulder shot, same .54 rifle, MV 1700 (90gn Goex FFg), Ball traveled through 4 shoulder blades & 3 layers of hide. Yup..... didn't see the second doe stood directly behind mine. 2 perfect kills.

Here are two I recovered this year. Both are 143 ELD-X. First one is from a mule deer shot at 730 yards. The buck was slightly quartering to me and it went through the front shoulder and buried into the ham.
Second one is from a big black bear. The boar was only 150 yards from me (facing me) and shot him through the front chest. Bullet was recovered in the ham as well.
They seem to get the job done.
