This a 24” or 26” Kifaru Frame?

Hey guys, just got in a big order from Kifaru and love it of course!! However the frame seemed kind of tall on my short torso. I measured it from edge to edge with and with out the Stryker pack and it’s 26”. Before I go reaching out to Kifaru to get it swapped am I measuring correctly? Not sure if it’s considered 24” from somewhere else but looking at it with a tape measure it’s exactly 26” tall.

Anyone able to shed some light on this?

Did you provide your measurements when you ordered it? Im of the opinion its pretty hard to get a frame thats too tall unless youre insane short but it is easy to get one thats too short.

My 24" pack measured like that is around 25" on the tape. The stays are inside the padding and measuring like you photo makes it appear longer. Put some weight in the pack and adjust it per the instructions, should fit great.
