I'm new here so there may be a place or a better place for my question. If so I hope a Mod. will move it and let me know.
I have a TC Icon .308 I got new in 2009. I also have a TC Venture .22-250 I got a couple years later. I have been told there is a recall which may affect one or both of these guns in regard to a defect which will allow the gun to fire when closing the bolt. I have had no problem with either gun but I certainly don't want to or have someone else have a problem with either of them.
I sent an E-Mail to TC Arms asking the status of my guns which included the serial numbers a week ago. I got back an electronic reply and a "Ticket Number" and was advised I would hear back in 3 days. I have heard nothing.
Is anyone on here familiar with this recall? I can be patient in waiting as I have other guns I can use.
