I've seen alot of folks recommend Thorogood as every day boots and work boots on here but have never seen any mention of their hunting or hiking boots.

It seems like they have a bunch of boots marketed as hunting boots in the $200 range.

Has anyone tried them?

I'm looking at picking up Salomon, Lowa Renegades or Oboz Bridgers soon and was wondering if Thorogood was there with them for mountain hunting.

Thorogood made in the us line work boots are good stuff, but some of their other stuff is outsourced overseas so you need to read the fine print.

I use their us made wedge soles For construction work, love them

I have a pair of their insulated field boot. They're very comfortable, but heavy.
