Tikka action dimensions are the same whether they are long or short action. They just use bolt stop and different magazines.
But to answer your question both stocks are off of short action guns.

Tikka actions are all technically long action. The short action models use a bolt stop and Magazines with what amounts to a shim or spacer in the back. If I understand tikka actions correctly you should be able to throw anything from a 300 WinMag action to a 223 action in the stocks it’ll work just fine. Please feel free to verify
