Tikka T3X 30-06

New to the forum, hopeing to gather some knowledge. Was curious if anyone on here has had their Tikka t3x super light in -06 barrel threaded for a brake. The barrel comes fluted and was wondering if running this configuration can safely be done. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Your barrel can be threaded 1/2 -28 by any competent gunsmith.

yes, I’ve had it done to a tikka 30-06. I had them make a permanent adapter and a collar for 5/8x24 direct thread.
