Time limits to post?

Why do I get messages l have to wait "260 seconds" or a different random # to post?

Because you’re new and have not cleared the “probation period” (idk what else to call it lol). I had the same question but it will go away once you’ve been here for a bit. It’s a way to keep scammers/bots from coming on the site and causing issues is kind of my understanding.
