Tips for locating a CO LO tag

I was wondering if there are any tips folks could share for locating a specific unit CO LO cow tag. If there are any. I've never tried hunting one down. So far I've looked at Hunters Domain, GoHunt, Hunting Fool or any other site I found with a google search.

Call the local CPW office and get the contact information for the Wildlife Officers and the Wildlife Managers. About half of them will be clueless and the other half will know who has property and extra vouchers.
