Trekking poles

Cascade from Amazon or go to Sierra.com. They have a couple on clearance that are under a pound...aluminum and carbon fiber. I’m actually considering getting the aluminum ones because they can still be used to support my trekking pole tent even if they bend. CF is useless if it breaks.

Another vote for the cheap Cascade Carbon ones from Costco.

Cascade mountain tech from costco. 30 bucks and seem solid. I bent and broke a cheap alumunum set last fall. If the mountain techs give me problems i will upgrade.

One quick note on the Cascade Mountain Tech - I lost one of the quick locks last year out in the field and used Duct tape to get home without problem. You can buy replacement parts from them directly and they're pretty cheap.
