I have a Trijicon Accupoint that is in excellent condition. It was put on a crossbow, sighted in, and I don't believe I ever took it hunting. It has one small nick on the elevation cap that is hard to photograph.
It uses fiber optics and tritium for the illumination. I've had it a couple of years, so you have about 23 years left on the tritium before you need to rely on the fiber optics.
It does not come with anything other than the scope. No paperwork, box, caps, etc.
