I've tried searching this title, maybe I should search "how to search", but didn't find any threads.
Who do you, have you, should you have used for trip ins? Got a depo on '19 AK moose hunt and want to see about getting some coverage in case my plans go south (literally).

Personal experience: I lost 3 hunts last year, due to medical illness. Hospital stay. I lost big money.
1 outfitter told me to F off. Kept my money.
1 outfitter kept my money, but applied the money to the following year, in full.
1 outfitter kept $500, but applied the remainder to 2021.

So yes, we hunters need some sort of coverage.

Oh sh*%. That’s awful. I hope you are doing better. That sucks about the money but if you’re healthy you can get that back. Don’t understand anyone that would not be willing to work with you in a case like yours. Shame on the f... off outfit!
