Triple 7 ffg vs fffg in a 45 caliber

I’ve always used ffg in my 50 caliber, just picked up a 45 and am curious if the ffg will be fine, or if fffg would be better?

I have used both in both and there really is not that much difference. T7-3f reaches peak pressure quicker than 2f and in a 45 might show pressure signs quicker than 2f.

I have used 3f in my cap ignition percussion guns almost universally as it will ignite easier.
