Trophy mount

I'm about to leave on a big Delta bird for the Yukon and I'm starting to dream of sheep trophy mounts. I've got a typical shoulder mount Dall from 2005, and a pedestal mount Dall from 2007, and I'm thinking of doing a European mount/skull mount if I'm successful this time. Has anyone done this/like this. Also on the table is a possible moose (have a shoulder mount now from 2004, and wow, that will fill up a room.) Also thinking about a European mount here.
Any thoughts/experience?

If you go that route, save your sheep cape and offer it up for sale. Good cape worth $600+. Life sized skin properly skinned worth $1500+
