Trying to make a pair of boots comfortable

I’ve had a pair of Asolos that lasted me years and were super comfortable. They were just a pair that I picked up at Sierra. I purchased a pair of Lowas to replace them. The fit is great but after a while, my feet get really sore near the balls of my feet and down to my toes. I’m trying to determine what arch type I have so that I can order another pair of superfeet. If this doesn’t work, I’m going to switch to a less stiff boot.

Here is a picture of my foot, would this be a normal or high arch?47B5E7DC-4FBD-4636-8555-A19CDC034156.jpg

Looks like a pretty normal arch. I have normal arches as well. However, I still like the Orange Superfeet. A little extra arch support and plenty of cushion. I have the oranges in my Lowa's, Crispi's and New Balance trail runners. I used to use the blue ones. But, the oranges are more comfortable over long stretches.
