Switched to YouTubeTV 2+ years ago after being with Dish for almost 20 years. It's OK, but they raised rates shortly after I joined and then they dropped Bally Sports (was previously Fox Sports SW), so I can't watch the Mavericks or Rangers on there. My buddy gave me his D Stream password, so we can watch Bally now. I'd get rid of it altogether if it weren't for the other sports channels. And my wife watches a lot of news.

My wife likes watching junk, I expect her to start speaking in a British accent any day now. I don't watch TV. We have Direct, I think.

We haven't had Cable type TV in over 10 years. We have gone through several streaming services and right now have Netflix, Peacock, Paramount, Disney and Amazon Prime. We probably save over $125 a month even with all those subscriptions. Conventional TV subscriptions have absolutely nothing I want to see on them.

In my area:

Apple TV. $4.99
Hulu/Disney+/ ESPN+ $21.64
Amazon Prime. $11.58
Youtube TV. $58.84
Netflix $9.99

Grand total: $107.04

You simply can’t beat streaming services. My Direct TV bill alone was $185/month. I’ll never have any box cable/satellite service ever again.

Cut cable about 6 years ago. We do:
Netflix $18
YouTube premium $11.99
Disney Plus free with Verizon 🤷‍♂️

YouTube premium is just YouTube without ads
