Last two arent exactly ultra light but they are still for sale.

Hyperlite mountain gear tent comes with footprint, extra stakes, guy lines, straps, all sorts of extra stuff hense the higher price. REI tent has never been used. Other gear is lightly used.

Correct. However that is because I am including the footprint that cost nearly 100 bucks, as well as additional stakes, guy lines, titan straps and stuff sacs. If you scope their website you will see that you’re getting a great deal. As the post mentions feel free to make a reasonable offer.
