I'm looking for a lightweight bolt rifle in 6.5x284 Norma. My preferences: I'd like for the rifle to weigh less than 6 pounds, but a few ounces heavier is OK. It must have a synthetic stock, and it must have a BDL-type floorplate or be flush-mount magazine fed. No Duratouch or soft-touch stocks. Looking at all price ranges. If you have something you think I might be interested in, please drop me a PM. Thank you.

Thanks, Woody. Never been a fan of the Ridgeline. I've owned two of them and they were shooters. I've owned a couple Classic Carbons, too. I just don't care of the look of their no-taper carbon barrels. A Proof Sendero Lite barrel fits my eye better. And I like the look of the Proof carbon as well. Not quite so "industrial." Thanks for the tip. Please keep an eye out. I know somebody has one! Wish I could talk someone out of a Cooper Backcountry or Weatherby Ultralight.
