UA Stealth Extreme Jacket XXL - $120 TYD
I removed the tag, but if I remember correctly, the outer layer on this jacket is a wool/polyester blend (mostly polyester) with Primaloft insulation. Pretty good at cutting the wind and fairly warm with layering. I used it as a sort of puffy jacket for whitetail hunting, but it's not very packable. Sleeves rustle a little bit too, but the outer is quiet. Under Armour isn't making this anymore.
