WTS/WTT Upper Optic Combo

I've had this upper just chilling in my safe since I got my sbr stamp. It's nothing high end just a build I have laying around.
Specs:
Upper: Anderson
Bolt: Anderson
Barrel: Delton
Muzzle Device: Surfire Procomp
Rail: ALG EMR VO-E
Optic: Nikon P223 1.5x4
Mount: Primary Arms 2' offset 1' mount.

Upper: 200
Optic/Mount: 200

Will work out a deal if you take them both. Not really looking for anything specific trade wise. Make me an offer.
